That's what you will find
“What you will find here” - history, nature, tradition and a unique combination of modern with all comforts - that's what holidays in Zell am See Kaprun are all about.
If you ask Kathrin Aberger-Dick what matters to her the most, and what’s most important to her in life, she will mention things such as nature, health, tradition, history, taking things at a slower pace, and finding who you truly are. That all sounds very worthwhile, don’t you think?
Nature, culture and history
Anyone who spends their holidays at the Fürthermoar Gut, and becomes a part of this down-to-earth micro cosmos, senses immediately what she is talking about. The property in Fürth lies in the midst of glorious countryside, making it perfectly clear what she means. A healthy lifestyle and balanced nutrition are equally as important in Fürth as recharging your batteries and discovering renewed strength for your eventual return to the daily routine back home.
Relaxation and health
Begin with that right away in the morning, perhaps as you sample the raw milk Kathrin has just pulled out of the fridge. With healthy and natural ingredients produced right there, you lay the foundation for a high-energy day spent in our glorious natural setting. “Taking it easy” and “getting back in touch with your own roots” – these are values that take center stage in all that the Aberger-Dicks do.
Old materials in new garment
And that’s why, when your hosts were remodeling the house, they paid specific attention to holding on to the older structures and materials. Everywhere in and around the house, you still encounter woods that are several centuries old – be that in the antique furniture and chests, or on the exterior façade of the building itself. But of course, never at the expense of modern materials and contemporary comforts whenever appropriate.
Become part of our history and tradition, as you immerse yourself in the nature of the Hohe Tauern mountains. Forget the stresses of daily life back home, and sense the deep roots and naturalness of our house – where centuries-old history is literally and figuratively, close enough to touch.
